Terms of Service

By accessing or using ngseed.com (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site.

ngseed provides free, browser-based developer utilities (formatters, converters, encoders, generators, and similar tools) along with a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server exposing the same functionality to AI agents. The Site is provided free of charge, without any account or sign-up requirement.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or MCP server for any unlawful purpose, or to generate content that facilitates unlawful activity.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site's infrastructure.
• Scrape or automate bulk requests against the Site in a way that degrades service for other users.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security feature of the Site.

The Site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Tools such as the hash generator, password generator, checksum verifier, and similar security-adjacent utilities are provided for convenience and general development use; they are not a substitute for a professional security review, and you are responsible for verifying output before relying on it in a production or security-sensitive context.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ngseed and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its tools, including any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

Any text, files, or data you input into a tool is processed locally in your browser (see the Privacy Policy) and is never transmitted to or stored by ngseed. You retain full ownership and responsibility for anything you process using the Site.

The Site may display advertising served by Google AdSense and other third-party ad networks. ngseed is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements, and interactions with such ads are governed by the advertiser's and Google's own terms and policies.

The ngseed name, logo, and site design are the property of ngseed's operator. The underlying open-source libraries used to power individual tools remain licensed under their respective open-source licenses.

Tools may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice. These Terms may also be updated periodically; continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
